Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days of successful payment.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • India: 3–5 business days (via Shiprocket)

  • International: 7–10 business days (may vary based on location)

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all domestic and international orders.

Packaging:
We pack all products using secure and eco-friendly materials to ensure safe and sustainable delivery.

Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged.

Steps to Request a Return:

  • Email us at ecom@zeptixlocal.com within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your location.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you may choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method

  • A free replacement of the damaged item

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To request a cancellation, email us at ecom@zeptixlocal.com with your order number.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if applicable.
